不要用认知替代感受

这是我之前一辈子大部分时间都在做的事情——去毫无怀疑地接受一些“道理”。脑子里形成了一个个类似于被乘法口诀表的shortcut，许多时候成为了一个“我应该说/做什么”而不是“我想说/做什么”的NPC

帮助一个人做到他本就可以做到的事情，是在偷取他的自尊心。

特别是对孩子，有时候不知不觉地就开始吸上了。

The currency of life is attention.

Money only solves money problem. Time has variable density. Only attention is paramount. I know this as a baby but have long forgotten after grown up.

If you spend more time optimizing how to do something vs actually doing it, you don’t actually want to do that thing.

It’s my old way of playing guitar again. I need to research and get the best tools before I just pick up the damn thing and play. Turns out, I want to have that video post on friend circle where everyone thumbs up and feed my ego.

I think i have more to write down, but if I try hard to remember them, am just repeating myself against the 1st quote. So I’ll stop here.
